Re: Forum suggestion: "View Active Topics"

The links you want are under Quick links. I activated everything relevant I found - i think they were not activated before.

Regardign the links next to "mark all read" - this is a feature of the phpbb style and it seems ours is missing it.

Re: Input Validation

Which String version did you select for CEGUI when configuring CEGUI in Cmake? the unicode crash worries me a bit. What crash? You never mention it explicitly. ignores DEL You mean if you hit delete it won't delete anything? That's odd. I used quite complex regex expressions in the past in 0.8.X and...

Re: Rotating scrollbar disables it?

Can you reproduce this in an absolutely minimal setup,. e.g in the helloworld sample of our samplebrowser? AutoRenderingSurface should only affect display but never functionality. It is correct that it has to be enabled for rotation, otherwise we would get all kinds of issues with filtering, AA, etc...

Re: Input Validation

CEGUI version? Did you try out a simpler ValidationString ? We have input validation in one of the examples and it works fine there. I am not sure I 100% understand the problem - like can you not get any validation to work or did you only try this one or what? And you are right: we use the pcre libr...

Re: SRGB textures

Yes, just changing the formats everywhere in the Renderer code is an easy workaround for 0.8.X.

I agree that, since there is a use-case for this feature, CEGUI should have an sRGB option and I will add this for 1.0. This will happen together with the creation of the new Vulkan Renderer.

Re: Invisible Button on the border (FrameWindow)

What you are seeing here is the effect of clipping to the window's content area. Just disable the ClippedByParent property on all windows that should be visible beyond the scope of their parent window.

Tell me if that solves it.

Re: Buttons Rendering as Clear Rectangles...

If it is upside down and sizded to about a third, then get the latest CEGUI version. There was a problem with a glm update and you probably have the new glm version, which caused exactly this, but we fixed this then in CEGUI for all glm versions. I don't remember when exactly we fixed this but might...

Re: Buttons Rendering as Clear Rectangles...

Have you installed CEGUI via the project? Not sure what the correct terminology for "installing" is, since I am not an Unixer. There should be something that deploys / installs CEGUI when you build it.

Re: [Bug][Workaround] ItemListbox redraw issue on 0.8.7

I love it when bug disappear as a side-effect of another fix  I'll edit OP title to mark it as solved. Thanks for marking it solved. I also love it if fixes are multi-fixes. Unfortunately, as hinted towards earlier, the call that was changed results in a bit more of recaching than might be...

Re: [Bug][Workaround] ItemListbox redraw issue on 0.8.7

We recently changed something in Window.cpp regarding the notifyDisplaySizeChanged call in there, which is now recursive. I think this might have fixed this bug as well. Would you have time to try out v0-8 ? EDIT: I just searched the commit and tried it out. Pre-commit : Shows 1,2. After commit: Sho...
