We've found a way around this problem for now. We'll try to make a sample with demo7 that causes the problem later, when we have some time. Thanks for responding so quickly!

CEGUI Object from tolua binding are garbage collected?
Has anyone had an issue where UDim and UVector2 objects are being freed by the Lua garbage collector?
