had a wrong scheme file linking to CEGUIFalagardBase instead of CEGUIFalagardWRBase

Hi,

i made my own looknfeel for my project. in cegui code it is working well and i could manage to load the editor with my look without any errors.

The problem is: if i add a new window my own look is not available.
