WindowsLooknFeel... can't find something

Hey guys, I need some help finding something for the WindowsLook .looknfeel file. I"m using this theme, and using the DROP MENU option. When that menu drops down, all the selection item text are white in color, with an off-white background color. Does anyone know where to change the text color ...

Re: Eddie, compile errors w/ CEGUI on GUI demo!

The overload you are using does take two values, the first being the texture file and the second being the resource group... My bad, I read my modified code wrong, it's ResourceGroup, not Renderer =/ The code I posted above came directly from the GUI.cpp demo file though, so I'm guessing there was ...

Re: Multiple viewports using Ogre + CEGUI

You can just create a new camera on the existing scene manager and set a new viewport via that; there is no need to have more than 1 scene manager for multiple viewports. You do not need multiple CEGUI / renderer instances to use multiple viewports... Thanks, but does making a new camera + viewport...

Multiple viewports using Ogre + CEGUI

Okay... I managed to get my current viewport rendered to texture (RTT), just like the Ogre GUI.cpp demo . Now, I have the task of creating a separate blank/blank vieport, loading a model, and showing that in place of my current render on my GUI. I need to have one dedicated viewport and a second vie...

Re: Eddie, compile errors w/ CEGUI on GUI demo!

I solved the issue...
The code line in question currently only has 1-parameter as its argument for createTexture().
That's fine, because it used the older version of CEGUI.

The newer version apparently requires 2 parameters, other being CEGUI::Renderer. Doing that fixed the issue.

Eddie, compile errors w/ CEGUI on GUI demo!

Hi there Eddie, I was wondering if you can help me out... I am trying to run one of the newest Ogre3d DEMOS (the GUI tester), and I was wanting to use the Render to Texture technique. However, I'm getting a compiler error: 'CEGUI::Texture* CEGUI::Renderer::createTexture(float)' cannot convert parame...

Re: multiple CEGUI Singleton error!

Oh, that was not pretty... I deleted the singleton when the state finished, and this was the error message: ... File: c:\program files\microsoft visual studio 9.0\vc\include\xtree Line: 384 Expression map/set iterator not incrementable ... What on earth does that mean? On another note... So,...

Re: possible to load more than 1 (.layout) for 1 render window?

As far as I understood it, you cannot set the second "gui root window" by calling setGUISheet, but you may do something like sheet->addChild(sheet2); I replaced the line mSystem->setGUISheet(sheet2); with sheet->addChildWindow(sheet2); , but that still does not work with my current code. ...

possible to load more than 1 (.layout) for 1 render window?

Hey guys, I'm trying to test out a second (different) GUI layout file. Does anyone know if it's possible to load 2 different (.layout) files for the same window? The reason I'm asking is because the program just crashes and says "Runtime Error!" Both layout files run just fine independentl...
