Re: [SOLVED] Different Resolutions and Scaling

------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SOLVED: Seems that, when using the CE Layout Editor, it's necessary to set FrameWindows' top/bottom/left/right scaling to 0.0, and use offsets as the absolute FrameWindow dimensions. Yep. You'll find that the basis for ...

There are no circular buttons so to speak. But I do think that it may be possible to emulate a circular button. This does involve creating a button wrapper class that is able to detect a button press and then to return "true" (handled), or "false" not handled depending on whether...

Looking at some of my own looknfeel files I see the following simple form for a PropertyDefinition <PropertyDefinition name="NormalTextColour" initialValue="FF000000" redrawOnWrite="true" /> Check the Falagard manual to see the proper form for this tag: http://www.cegui...

yep earthruler has posted the basic call that you need. Of course you need to ensure that this is performed on a window for which the "Image" is a valid property. There are several such window types. You should be able to browse down the list of window types that earthruler has provided an...

Re: Working with win32 dialog

Can I make the mouse acts like a normal windows mouse when it is on top of the dialog? thanks You should be able to. Its difficult to imagine what you might be running in to. Can you post some of your cegui initialization code, as well as the dialog construction code. I'd also like to know how your...

This typically is resol...

Re: FrameWindow and other general newb questions

Third question. I was messing around with the AquaLook UI, and adding some additional skinning that I would like to share back to the community (Added a Groupbox, and skined the multicolumn list) but the final touch is the text in the header segments of the Multicolumn listbox. I can't for the life...

Re: FrameWindow and other general newb questions

First, regarding FrameWindows. I was curious if there is a property that can be set to make it dragable/moveable from clicking anywhere in the frame that is not a child control (i.e. like when you move controls around using CELayoutEditor). If it were .NET, I would simply handle a couple mouse even...

Yea I dont think you need to keep track of the previous scroll position in that fashion. Rather than retain this "memory" I would think that if you know the size of the "world" (to use ce's terminology) and if you know the size of the viewable canvas, you should be able to get fr...

I have not had any kind of problem with the kind of operation you describe, and I do quite a bit of this kind of image sizing with cegui/ogre. Can you post the source image, an image of the pixellated image on your window? It might also help to have a glance at the section of your code that creates/...

Keep in mind if you are already using an application scheme (e.g. windowslook) it already references an imageset. Just add the imageset declaration to that file and this will also work.
