compiling tutorials

The first of all, documentation/tutorial dont work. I find three demos in downloads!! I compile but there is one error with the line

#include "renderers/OgreGUIRenderer/ogrerenderer.h"
VC.NET 7.1 says no such file and directory, then i try find it but I dont have any any ogrerenderer.h file. :cry:

this file is no longer included with CEGUI, as the Ogre renderer is now part of Ogre
