A screenshot example of a complicated CEGUI-powered UI

I don't know how one goes about submitting shots for your gallery, but I thought you might like an example of what happens when you set a technical artist loose with your system. The results are pretty impressive yet still function perfectly, and were actually done with a slightly older version of your UI system (we froze our release of CEGUI right after you transitioned to Falagard) - the only glitch we've got is that the drag bars on scroll windows are invisible. Great UI system - it's the best open source one out there, easily.

It all scales with resolution, but the windows weren't designed to support non-uniform scaling - thus the fixed look some of it has. Also, forgive the ugly colorwheel, that's entirely my fault not his.

This is, by the way, a screenshot from Idyllon, but it's just one of the in-engine tools.

EDIT: VV Eh? Hmm, if you say so ;) Rehosted here: http://www.divshare.com/download/371344-091

Hi,

thanks for the compliments on CEGUI :) However you have hosted your image on a website full of spyware. Please put it on a different site and post it again. I have good experience with divshare.com for example.

Bye.

Thanks for the new upload. It looks nice :) I like the 'ornaments' (leaves) on the borders.

Very nice! Always nice to see what people make with CEGUI, seen it in quite varied applications so far (sadly most do not replace the default skins).

That's really good looking!
Changing the look can be a little daunting, but once you get to understand how the system works it's extremely powerful and logical. In my case the main problem is my complete lack of artistic talent. It's impressive to see what can be done by someone with talent.

Now Thats What I'm Talking About!!!

CEGUI=Flexibility -- allows the programmers and the artists each to do their distinctly different jobs.

I second that!
CEGUI is powerful and flexible - and this skin really shows what it can do! :)
