Ummm. I'm not sure if PrintScreen does not work. Ogre has this ability built in, you need to call the Ogre::RenderWindow::writeContentsToFile method, which could be triggered by a key press; this is the way the Ogre ExampleFrameListener does it, so you should look at that for a more concrete example.
