How to build the CEGUI

Excuse me.

Could anyone tell me how to build the CEGUI? When I tried hard to run ogre the Basic Tutorial 7, which supported by CEGUI,but failed.
And now could anyone tell me how to build it step by step? I am using vc9.0 and 0.7.2 release.

I have not read it though so I can't guarantee it's spot on correct but it should be

I had read it before. And now I still can't run it successful.
Maybe the tutorial is not right absolutely, I can't find "config.lua" in the 0.7.2 release, for instance.

I am assuming you are using the source package. It's in the projects/premake folder.

EDIT: This *IS* in the wiki article, maybe you missed it.
