Crazy Eddie's Gui System is mentioned as being utilized in our software in an article posted on osdir at the link above. The article was linked from slashdot as well.

I've looked at MTA in the past and have thought of getting GTA on PC (I own GTA 3, VC, and SA for ps2) just to play online with MTA. MTA is quite a cool little application you have made :).

Good luck with this project in the future :).

Thanks! If you thought the previous versions were cool, you should wait and see the next version. It'll be out soon...

Oooo, are you talking about MTA:Blue? If so, can you give a little sneak peak of what to expect? ;)

I know almost everyone that uses MTA wants peds/vehicles implemented, and I thought of a way that might be possible that doesn't take a huge amount of bandwith. When you connect to a server, the server sends a seed. That seed will be used to seed a random generator which randomly generates pedestrians and vehicles. Then each client sends a packet when they kill a pedestrian or do something that will change the track of a car. I have no clue if this will work or not, just thought i would throw out a little suggestion :).

Keep working on it and good luck!
