Looks good, but....

Postby MikeR » Sun Jul 10, 2005 02:14

I refuse to use Visual Studio and this library seems to be set up just for VS. That's a shame. I'll check back another day. If you ever set it up for Dev-CPP, then I'll attempt to learn and use it.
It does look like a great library tho. It just won't suit my needs in it's current condition. I'm too new to C++ to be messing around with attempting to recompile it for my use. I'd rather be building games.

Why on earth are you using Dev-Cpp?
It is inferior to Code::Blocks! :P
Code::Blocks is free, and can use either the Visual C++ 2003 toolkit or mingw.
It blows Dev-Cpp away. 8)

I've tried Code::Blocks. Dev-Cpp is easier to use.
I've never been able to compile anything with it. I have no problems with Dev-Cpp

Somebody will probably do it one day. I guess you'll have to wait until then, unless you want to get your hands dirty getting it to work yourself.

Might be a good (or bad) learning experience? :)
