can't load ceguiExpatParser_d.dll

i download 7.0, build it and the samples,but can't run because failed load the ceguiExpatParser_d.dll,do you have any suggestion?tks!

Obviously the issue is that the executable cannot find the dll. So to start things off, does the ceguiExpatParser_d.dll actually exist?

Assuming it does, how are you running the samples? Are you launching them via VisualStudio->StartDebugging or manually launching them yourself? If you are launching them yourself you need to make sure that the .dlls are copied into the same directory as the executable. If you are launching them via the Debugger, you need to set configuration->debugging->working directory to point to the directory the .dlls are in (by default, VS sets the working directory to the directory containing the project file).
