Question about MultiColumnList

Who can tell me how to make each item of the MultiColumnList be edited?
Like the Editbox.

The current MultiColumnList is not able to be composed of complex Window based content. You might be able to fake it, by perhaps basing something on this Wiki article: PseudoListbox
