Bug in FormattedListboxTextItem

Hi.

There is a FormattedListboxTextItem class in the forum topic:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=4322

It's very useful but I've encountered a bug with it. On Release configuration of VS2008 items are lost sometimes.
To fix this, just add

d_formattingAreaSize(0, 0)

to member initialization in constructor. May be this will help someone.

Probably it would But that topic was about another things, not entirely or even mainly about FormattedListboxTextItem class, so I decided not to necropost to it. If you think fix should reside there please add it there or say me and I will do it. Maybe the best way is to edit original post with code.
