ScrollablePane: Scrolling with mouse wheel

Hi.

I would like to be able to scroll the content of my ScrollablePane windows with the mouse wheel while hovering over the pane, but I've been unable to find out how.
Scrolling with the mouse wheel works fine while the mouse is hovering over the scroll bar, but not while hovering anywhere else in the pane.

Any solutions or hints will be greatly appreciated!
