help building agian[SOLVED]

Hi Guys
yep its me again
trying to build the depencies as shown in this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VaD-MQJLtWk
and getting this error
which makes sense as that dir is not in my cegui-deps-0.8.x-src\src
download as can be seen here
what I do wrong now
nm
redownloaded the dep package and all ok seems I got a corrupt d/l first time round

add_subdirectory given source "src/tolua++-1.0.93/CEGUI-BUILD" which is not
an existing directory.
