Too bad that the forum is dying.
Unfortunately we do not provide support for CrystalSpace on our side, the support for CEGUI was provided by the CrystalSpace team. I am not sure what the last supported version was but 0.5 is REALLY old, i think there must be support for a later version. Are you using the latest version of CrystalSpace?
Here their website mentions CEGUI 0.7.x: http://www.crystalspace3d.org/docs/onli ... aries.html
We recommend usage of 0.8.X, but 0.7.X is alright as well, it is not so old either. Support for it has ended however.
Upgrading CrystalSpace from 0.7.X to 0.8.X should probably be only a job of a few hours for any experienced C++ programmer. We can try to help you with the process in #cegui, maybe u can submit the changes as a patch to the CS team later.
Upgrading from 0.7.X to 0.8.X : http://cegui.org.uk/wiki/Changes_and_Po ... _for_0.8.0
The info there should be quite complete thanks to forum member's help.
