First of all, a huge RESPECT for your amazing GUI system !!
Now i have a little question :
Is there any build in possibility for an animated mouse cursor ??
The GUI system works fine, i can load different image set, i can see the mouse cursor, everything is fine.
But when I want to animate the mouse cursor, how can I do so?? Within Ogre it is possible to check the time after every FrameEnded() event and change the images. But that's a lazy and slow way to create an animation.

Full animation support is slated to be added for the beta-2 release (hopefully). Until then you are, unfortunately, stuck with the lazy and slow way that you described
