GUI Factory

For help with anything that CEGUI doesn't offer straight out-of-the-box, e.g.:
- Implementation of new features, such as new Core classes, widgets, WindowRenderers, etc. ...
- Modification of any existing features for specific purposes
- Integration of CEGUI in new engines or frameworks and writing of new plugins (Renderer, Parser, ...) or modules

I've placed this in a new thread, because I don't want to hijack derek's thread more than I already have.

Here's an update to the factory, I've removed all of the proprietary elements along with all of the code duplication, hope this helps:

I'll integrate it with the system and rewrite the demo's so that they use it instead of what I have now.

At some point between now and June I'll get another release out that incorporates this and the VC6++ compatibility stuff.
