Layout selection in CELayoutEditor

The open file dialog in CELayoutEditor lets you select a file at any location, but if CELayoutEditor is located at C:\CEGUI while the layout file is C:\Layouts\myLayout.layout, CELayoutEditor will look for the file myLayout.layout in the layouts path specified in CELayoutEditor.ini (which could be C:\CEGUI\datafiles\layouts). It would probably be better if you could freely select layout files..
