[BUG] Scrollbar Thumbs MIA

I have a frame window with a ScrollBar on it. When the frame window is using absolute coordinates the scrollbars thumb isn't there.

However if I rollUp and rollDown the window it it suddenly there.

Yeah, I think that qualifies, hehe :)

I've added a ticket for this and will attempt to get this knocked off, along with most of the other outstanding bug-tickets, this weekend.

Hi.

I've done some preliminary checks, but could not reproduce this at all. If you have a layout or some minimal window setup code that demonstrates the issue that would be most helpful :)
