Ligatures in PixelFonts [Feature Request]

Hello CEGUI community,

is there a chance of adding ligation support for PixelFonts/BitmapFonts?

The top most text in the image shows my problem without ligatures (the gap between 'F' and 'J') and the lower text is my current "solution". The disadvantage here is that the letter 'J' doesn't fit to the overall design of the font anymore.


Nevertheless I also want to say that CEGUI is awesome. ;)
