Suggestion: No fonts exception

Hi, I was trying out the vanilla scheme this morning, but I got a mysterious segfault. After searching for some time, it appeared to be caused because no fonts were loaded. (None seem to be specified in the vanilla scheme, appearently)

I loaded a font: Things went back to normal right away.

My suggestion: Adding a "no fonts loaded exception" when no fonts are loaded, this segfault was a bit hard to figure out ( for me anyway).
