We do not have an official C4 CEGUI renderer. As we do not have access to the source code of C4 this is understandable. I am also not sure whether someone who has implemented a C4 CEGUI renderer is allowed to release such a work under a permissive license.

Good luck finding contractors, I sadly don't have time to commit.
