Behaviour of Editbox::onCharacter

I think theres a small mistake in this function, the event is marked as handled whether or not the edit box uses the event. I think the last line (e.handled = true;) should be moved into that big if statement.

To get the latest fixes, checkout the cvs branch "v0-4"
