Where is the Layour editor to download? What's the site?

Actually i still haven't. The link in the downloads section leads to a dead link.

You have to download a cvs client and then use it to get the source code. If you're under windows, you could use this one :
http://www.tortoisecvs.org/

Once you have it, choose module "cegui_mk2" to download the latest CEGUI sources and "CELayoutEditor" to get the editor.

The link is not dead. Did you choose "Downloads"->"Tools" and click the disk icon?
