When you enter text into the "Text:" field (try with a checkbox for example, happens on other controls, too) and then you delete your text by pressing backspace or del then the text is not completly deleted in the cegui control. If you press backspace character-by-character, the last char remains visible, if you select the whole text and then press del or backspace, nothing gets deleted at all.
