Scrollbars missing in the Layout Editor

The problem is situated within the DialogAddWindow.cpp file of the Layout Editor source, in the RequiresParent() function. A quick fix is to comment out the "HorizontalScrollbar" and the "VerticalScrollbar" lines; this will display the scrollbars within the Layout Editor.
