Is there a changelog somewhere that shows the features/fixes done at various dates?

If you want that level of detail you can get a history from CVS (something like cvs2cl is good for this if you have access to it).
On a more general scale, I'll start including a change log from the next release; since the current 0.1.0 release is the only official release to date, that will be the starting point for the per-version change logs from that point on.
