What could I use to make a moving tab?

Postby asjt3 » Mon Dec 20, 2010 19:10

Hey guys,

I'm a relative noob at CEGUI, so I was wondering if you all could help me figure out what widget to use to create a pop-up tab. Basically, the tab is attached to the edge of the window, has a title bar, and when clicked expands into the screen (i.e. if the tab is on the bottom of the window and is clicked, it rises up to reveal some buttons, options, text, etc.).

I've looked into popup menu but it seems that this only makes a new popup window appear, instead of actually moving a tab. I've used the combo drop list before, but I really would like the title bar to move with the list as if it's expanding and collapsing it into some unseen area.

Much thanks,

alex

Could you post some example where this is used?

I think you could emulate something similar via just PushButtons and PopupMenu.
