CELayoutEditor 0.7.1 Offset Indicate Line Drawing Mistake

I'm using CELayoutEditor 0.7.1. When the Offset value is set on statictext, there will be red line and green line showing positions. Red rectangle box indicate where the statictext area is, and green line indicate the offset distance. Comparing to what shown in CELayoutEditor 0.6.3, it can be seen that offset area is smaller, so red rectangle box is smaller. But the green line is still at where they are the same to the old one. I think this must be a mistake.
