I have constructed a little VB app that uses photoshop document layers to construct a targa and imageset with the push of a button.

very simple to use. VB 2005 source included... sorry mac heads... maybe you can take the idea and make it in apple script or javascript.

So far the main set of problems that I have discovered with my own over zelious contribution. It uses a bounding box that photoshop provides to get the extremes of the image in the layer. the main problem is bounding box only selects opaque pixels. not a problem if you have no white space around your images but a big pain if you do and you need he white space for something, like halos.

also I have had a problem saving the targa... can be iffy but it works most of the time.

this sounds promising, but I'm not quite sure how to use it. It's not a photoshop plugin so I assumed I'm supposed to run the .exe ...

Only problem is it crashes when I click the image set button. do I have to have a PSD or something in the dir where the exe is?

Just a bit confused, so some help would be handy

Hi!

The program didn't work on my computer.

Error message:

"To run this application, you first mus install on of following versions of the .Net Framework:
v2.0.50727
Contact your application publisher for instrucions about obtain the appropriate version of the .Net Framework."

What can I do to fix this problem?

You can download from MicroSoft. I thought the .net framework was automatically installed via the Windows Update.
