[CEGUI Patch] - ItemListBox bug fix; Window names dbg output

Hi guys,

Here's a small patch (built with the contents of SVN trunk 21/10/07) that fixes a ItemListBox critical bug.

- BugFix : ItemListBox crash fix - Changing the skin of an itemListBox widget no longer crashes the application.

- New (Debug) : Window Name dump - Added function that outputs all existing window names to log.
