This is fixed in branches/v0-7 @ r2442.

Note however that there are times when the system itself changes area sizes (like when sizing scaled content on a FrameWindow) that it is correct that the value returned from getSize et al. do not correspond to the min/max set (though the pixel size will be constrained correctly) - this is required because such content needs to 'recover' it's original scaled size when the constraint no longer applies, if we were to apply min/max sizes to the 'set' window size in these cases, content would no longer behave correctly.

What I have done with the fix is a 'best compromise' where hard constraints are set in response to client code actions, but soft, recoverable, constraints are used elsewhere.
