Summary0000426: Text appears to be centred using overall height instead of baseline height.
DescriptionText appears to be centred using overall height instead of baseline height, this causes single lines of text to be positioned slightly higher than they should be - and it looks totally incorrect unless you have lots of letters with descenders.

I'm resolving this as 'no change required'.

Basically this originated due to text in vanilla not being vertically centred correctly. On closer examination there was an offset on the looknfeel that was causing that issue - so I fixed that, rather than playing with the code that affects this (since it seems to be fine everywhere else).
