	International Components for Unicode (ICU) is a toolkit to internationalise applications. Initially developed for Java it has been ported to C/C++. There is a Java version of ICU called ICU4J, and there is a C/C++ version of ICU called ICU4C. Now ICU4C has been partially ported to CEGUI.
